Ben Tolman U.S.A. Ben Tolman lives and grew up in Washington, DC. He graduated from the Corcoran College of Art in 2005 (although largely considers himself self-taught). He works largely in minutely detailed ink drawings and more recently oil painting. He is primary interested in the strangeness of existence and the way in which people attempt to understand it. Among the avenues he uses to explore the nature (and consequences) of reality and conciseness  are hallucinogenic drug which are a catalyst to the boundary regions of the mind.
